> Lucy has over twenty years experience of Directing performance projects and courses for young people. 
 

Lucy works regularly as Co-Theatre Director at the prestigious Institut Le Rosey’s Summer School in Switzerland, where students from across the world gather to learn.  The work has involved Directing and devising both large scale productions performed in a 900 seat concert hall alongside intimate studio based performances. 

Lucy worked annually for six years as a Stage Director for Coram Shakespeare School’s Festival leading young companies and their teachers through Performance Days and Company Workshops at regional theatres across the UK & Channel Islands.
